These terms apply to purchases made through vialcool.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

VialCool is a sole proprietorship operating from Tampa, Florida, United States. You can reach us at support@vialcool.com.

What we sell

We sell one physical product: a portable, rechargeable electric cooler for carrying temperature-sensitive vials and injector pens. It ships empty. We do not sell, supply, or ship medication of any kind.

The cooler is not a medical device. It is a consumer storage product. We make no diagnostic or therapeutic claim, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Follow the storage guidance issued with your medication and speak to your pharmacist or prescriber about your own requirements.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown before tax. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. If an item is mispriced or unavailable we may cancel the order and refund you in full; we will always tell you if that happens.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it, not when payment is taken.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your card statement will read VIALCOOL.

Shipping, returns and warranty

These are set out in full on our Shipping & returns page: free US shipping, estimated delivery 7–14 days, a 30-day return window, and a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Safe and intended use

Use the cooler as documented. Do not submerge it, disassemble it, or leave it in a hot parked vehicle. It contains a lithium battery, so carry it in the cabin rather than checked luggage when flying and check your airline's current battery rules before you travel. Airline acceptance is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including spoiled medication, missed doses, or costs arising from a delivery delay.

This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under law, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order.
