It plugs in and cools itself. No rotating gel packs, no checking at 3 pm whether the ice brick is still an ice brick.

WHY PEOPLE BUY ONE
Insulin, GLP-1 and peptide pens need to stay cold.
An ice pack gives you a few hours and a damp bag. This gives you a number on a display and up to two days.
Sun on everything else.
Not on your vials.

THE DETAILS
Plus, minus, power. Set the range your insulin or peptides call for
and the display shows it, so you can check without opening the lid.
MATTE BLACK / TOUCH DISPLAY¹ Supplier-listed setting range, runtime and dimensions. Actual cooling and runtime depend on the temperature setting, ambient conditions and load. Check the storage requirements for your insulin or peptides; a setting is not a guarantee of contents temperature.
Chamber is 178 mm tall and 50 mm across. Measure your longest container with its cap before ordering.
WHAT TO SET IT TO
The display goes from 0 to 18°C. Here’s where most people land. Your label has the final word.
2–8°C36–46°F
The fridge range on most pen labels. Don’t let them freeze.
2–8°C36–46°F
Once mixed, most vials go in the fridge range. Check your vial’s instructions.
Not 0°C32°F
Frozen insulin is ruined even after it thaws. Keep the setting above 2°C.
In-use pens can often stay at room temperature for weeks. Your insulin, GLP-1 or peptide label lists the exact range and how long.
FIRST DAY
Charge the battery, click it in, hold the power button. That’s the setup.
Tap plus or minus to the range on your insulin or peptide label. Give the chamber time to get there, then check the display.
Pens or vials in, lid on. Glance at the display now and then. Past two days, pack the USB cable.
The supplier lists an internal chamber 178 mm tall and 50 mm in diameter. Measure your longest pen or vial, including its cap, before ordering. Capacity depends on the shape and size of your containers; medication is not included.
Five slim pens like Ozempic, Lantus, Humalog or NovoLog. Three Mounjaro, Zepbound or Trulicity single-dose pens, which are wider. Mixing them, two Mounjaro and two Ozempic fit together. Every pen stands upright with the cap on; anything up to 7 inches (178 mm) long fits.
The supplier advertises a 0–18°C (32–64°F) adjustable setting range. A selected setting is not a guarantee of the temperature inside your insulin or peptides: ambient heat, power and loading affect performance. Check the storage instructions for your exact insulin or peptide and verify the temperature before use.
The black cooler, one rechargeable battery, a wall charging adapter, a charging cable and a carrying bag with strap. Medication is not included.
The supplier rates a full charge at up to 48 hours. Real runtime depends on your temperature setting, ambient temperature and how often you open it. For longer trips, plan access to a compatible power source and follow the supplied charging instructions.
TSA doesn’t certify or “approve” coolers, but it does allow medically necessary medication, cooling packs and a battery-powered cooler in your carry-on — just tell the officer at screening. Keep it in the cabin rather than a checked bag, since its rechargeable battery and your pens travel with you. Check your airline’s current battery and medication rules before you fly; acceptance is the airline’s call, and don’t leave the cooler in a hot parked vehicle.
